Most of our apartments have state-of-the-art fitness centers available for tenants to use, as well as common outdoor areas, including grilling zones.

Our apartments are located in friendly neighborhoods, and many of them are just minutes away from universities, shopping, or local parks. We have apartment complexes across Indiana and Ohio in vibrant neighborhoods such as Irvington and Indianapolis.

Although our apartments don’t host specific community events, there is plenty of room and outdoor amenities to hold events. Most of our apartment complexes are equipped with outdoor grilling areas perfect for holding a friendly neighborhood BBQ.

Many of our apartment listings are pet-friendly. Some have breed restrictions and/or require dog owners to have a first-floor apartment. Cats are usually always welcome!

We would love for you to stay, but if you must go, you are required to submit a notice to your leasing office in writing on our form. Please contact your leasing office to have the form emailed to you.
